Hoops is the name of the Scotch Ale Hoopsbeer. It is a tribute to the colors of the Celtic, characterized by the mythical green-white hoops that decorate the shirt, symbol of the pride of the East End Glasgow team.

Description
“The thin and compact foam of this dark beer reflects a beautiful shiny copper color.
The scent is mainly characterized by warm tones, caramel, toffee, raisins with hint of cocoa and licorice. Moderate sparkling and structured body, with a sweet-oriented taste balance with hints of licorice, dried fruit and butter biscuit.”

Pairings
From appetizers to desserts, cold cuts and cheeses, stewed or long-cooked pork, pulled pork. It goes particularly well with desserts, such as creme caramel and Catalan cream.
